Please arrive 10 minutes prior for the escape room instructions, which are given all at once. Late arrivals may cause delays to subsequent reservations, extending your wait time, or may result in being rescheduled to a later slot if the next session is fully booked. For group reservations of 5 or more, if booking is difficult due to limited availability, please contact us via KakaoTalk for assistance. Please note that KakaoTalk inquiries are handled by on-site staff, so a response may take some time. Cancellations and changes are not possible for any reason from 5 PM the day before the reservation, and paid experience tickets are non-refundable. Please reserve experience tickets according to the number of participants. If it’s difficult to book for all participants due to capacity limits, please contact us via KakaoTalk first. Available for all ages on weekdays (one child per parent). On weekends and holidays, only ages 10 and above are permitted. Both solo and multi-person experiences are available. The escape room experience takes approximately 60 minutes. English experience is available.
